• AI-generated spam submissions
• Automated bots
• Fake business data
• Misleading information
• Unauthorized promotions
• Duplicate accounts

Such action may occur without prior notice and without refund eligibility.

 

8. Competitor Restrictions

To protect the integrity, safety, and business interests of the platform, SipSpheres reserves the right to restrict, suspend, block, or terminate accounts identified as:

• Unauthorized researchers

• Competitive intelligence users

This may occur even if an active subscription exists.

9. Content Ownership & Usage

Users are solely responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate intellectual property rights or laws.

Users may report content or request assistance through the Contact Us form.

For better support tracking and faster resolution, users are encouraged to log into their account before submitting support requests.

General tickets submitted without login details may experience delays.
